Second Time Bad Chai Latte
<p>I am a frequent flyer and generally stop at the King Shaka Airport Woolies for my Chai Latte Monday Morning at 0700AM. I then take a shuttle to Scottsville whihc is an hour and halfs drive from King Shaka Airport and generally like to enjoy a cup of coffee on my way there.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now my second bad experience, where I purchased a very badly prepared chai latte at R34 for the Grande which had to be discarded - So R72 down the gutter and no satisfaction. It was rushed as there was only one person serving atleast 20 people in the coffee queue.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very frustrating as we are on a schedule, and time is of the essense for us.</p> <p>Kindly increase your manpower at your coffee stations and teach them how to make and serve good coffee....</p> <p> </p> <p>Ruwaida</p> <p> ********** 170</p> <p> </p>
