Searching for Customer Services

A while back I submitted a complaint to Woolworths Customer Services to query the manner in which products in its Daily Difference promotions are distributed. It's 2 for R100 pies for example which could actually be a meal for a family is either limited or no available in previously disadvantaged areas. I was able to purchase basket-fulls in the CBD and Claremont but nothing was available at Promenade (Mitchell's Plain), a total of 6 Vangate Mall and limited stock at Kenilworth Centre. I got acknowledgement of my complaint but no response to date.
