Seadoone Woolworths strikes again

Not the 1st time, nor the 2nd time or the 3rd.... there has been an offer in the food section of Woolworths Seadoone branch, and they only have some of the stock. Today they had an offer sticker on the 2kg potatoes... buy a pack of 2kg potatoes, 2kg onions and 800gm Roma tomatoes for R55. Got the potatoes and onions but no 800gm pack of tomatoes. Firstly the guy unpacking the incoming produce tells me "When there are special offers it doesn't always apply to all the stores, and that offer is not for this store". When I told him that is *******, he walked away. The Manager checked for tomatoes... No stock again. So, I cannot have the offer. Last time it was the stir fy offer, one item missing. When I posted on this forum, Woolworths phoned me so apologetic, saying the missing item should have been substituted.. blah, blah, blah. The Seadoone manager told me that they are not allowed to substitute. So who is telling stories? Woolworths used to be a store "set apart" in South Arica where you always got the best service and best quality goods. Nowadays, you may as well shop anywhere, as their standards are shocking.
