School shoes

Im soo disappointed with woolworths service. I sent them a query and email regarding school shoes I bought on the 11 April 2026. Query was sent on Wednesday email yesterday, I still have heard from them. The shoe eyelets are coming out from one shoe, so I sent a query wanting to know how are we gonna solve the issue since these shoes are still new but eyelets are coming out. On the email i sent them Pictures of the shoes and the transaction prove from my banking app since I don't have the receipt anymore, but here I am with not respond or feedback from woolies.
