**** Play & Win

Good day

Please note that i played the Woolworths Pay & Win on the 31st November 2022 & it was completely slow,constantly freezing. I selected the box/card and it said click to confirm & i did and it loaded & nothing. I did this twice & nothing. The third time i tried & made the same selection, clicked confirm. Again nothing! Then after a while it reveals all the boxes /cards and it gives me a completely different box saying i get 25 percent off. Yet the box i selected was the airfryer & Guess what i didn't get it. My wifi connection was perfect and never had any issues with other sites.

I am not sure if its a **** ect. But very disappointing. I should of rightfully received that prize. I am a loyal/weekly customer & entered a good few of your competitions online - Never ever win.
