****!!!!

Woolworths online is pathetic. Ordered 2 bags on the 30th of December. Order was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of January. They called and I asked them to deliver on the 11th as I was not available. Biggest mistake. Order not delivered. I then checked my online status it says delivered. Sent an email to enquire they tell me order was delivered and Francina signed for it. How can an order be delivered without the receiver being notified. Now checking their review i see it’s a trend and it means it’s how they **** customers. How do you tell a customer that delivery was done, no call, no sms confirming delivery or even email?? I want feedback here, you can’t be *****ing us like this.
