I have had a Woolworths WREWARD card for approximately six years. Bar code ********** ********** 56. I have never received any rewards, although I spend a lot of money at Woolworths. I have over the years asked cashiers why I do not receive any rewards and they have been evasive and not helpful. Today I tried to query it online, but the system was not user-friendly and I could not submit it. So I phoned and was told by the person answering the call that the card has belonged to a Mr. Ngwenya since 2013. I was told to go and get another card from Woolworths and I must then ask Woolworths to call and check that the card has not been issued to someone else !!!!????? I could not believe what I have heard. I believe that Woolworths have messed this up and Woolworths should fix this and re-reimburse me for all the vouchers that I did not receive. Nice little ****!
