I asked a Woolworths assistant to help me locate a new pair of sunglasses in a box that were not 'testers' as the 2 that were on the shelf were scratched. He then asked another assistant to help him look for a new pair in a box but they didn't realise I could see them 'looking and discussing' and when I walked over to them he was busy pushing the 'tester' pair into an empty box and he said he found one. When I asked where the 2nd tester pair was that was on the shelf they both ignored me...I am disgusted in the dishonesty and *********ness of these 2 Woolworths employees, I was so horrified that they tried to **** me with a damaged product that down-the-line I would not have been able to exchange. I would like a La Lucia Store Manager to contact me ASAP as there was not one available to speak to me when this incident occurred. Highly disappointed.
