Sc*mmed by STAFF member!!!

<p>WOOLWORTHS AT CROWTHORNE CENTRE MIDRAND has a VERY ********* staff member and she calls herself DEE VOLKVYN on Facebook where she sells some sort of specialised bags and QUEEN at the branch where she works!!</p> <p>FOLLOWING IS WHAT I WROTE TO WOOLWORTHS ON THEIR WEBSITE </p> <p> </p> <p>This is to report an incident that left me really disgusted and out of pocket! Even though, I understand fully, it’s not a Woolworths’ problem, it is your staff member that DELIBERATELY ****med me and I think you should know because she conducts business from your premises and I am also taking this to hellopeter.com if need be………</p> <p><br />Dee Volkyn (she calls herself this on Facebook but store manager Alvin says she is called Queen at the store) advertised a product called “wonder bag” on Facebook, when I contacted her with an order of 22 bags she changed the plans twice, first of all, when finally I sent my COURIERS to the address she gave me Crowthorne Shopping centre in Kyalami, when asked what the shop number was, I got A2, the couriers waited and waited, there is no shop A2. So I panicked and called her and might have sounded desperate because I am PAYING the couriers and they can’t find her, PLUS she told me she had FORGOTTEN to bring the order with her. <br />All of a sudden the tirade of insults started (I have proof of all this on WhatsApp) saying she has had enough of my “attitude” and that she is not selling me the bags anymore and that I can keep the money, please remember I have sent couriers for our arrangement whom I have to PAY.</p> <p>Worse than that, while she was abusing me on WhatsApp she made Alvin (the store manager, he laughingly confirmed this) pack 18 WOOLWORTHS SHOPPING BAGS for me!!! So I not only ended up paying the couriers R 250 but was also stuck with unnecessary bags for R900 AND had to face the people I had ordered for with embarrassment.</p> <p>THEN she goes and slanders ME on Facebook!!</p> <p>I will understand if Woolworths will not get involved in this as it’s not your problem but this woman is running a private business out of WW and I will need to mention this on hellopeter.com. </p> <p>Just want to make everyone aware of this SC*MMER whether Woolworths responds or not!!!</p>
