Samsung pay non-functional at all stores

Since changing over to the "improved" verifone devices, my Samsung pay refuses to scan. It keeps resetting on card device and then times out. The old devices work perfectly at all other retailers... Same issue at ALL stores so this is a central issue, not store fault. Fix the devices or replace them. Don't advertise that it works great and more secure and then you are left behind other retailers
