Same problem with debit order that they promised to fix last time!

<p>I have had my WW card for about 15 years. Pay in full every month by debit order. In March my card was declined in store. When I asked why I was told non payment. What??? So I call the call centre and aftr much to-ing and fro-ing get told that they had a problem in December with some debit orders and that mine had been one of them. Cut a long story short, I had to make a manual payment and my account was reinstated and I was assured the debit order was reinstated too. Today, same things happens again! Embarrassment in store that I don't need and a long call to WW. And an operator called Asanda just transferred me back to the selection - obviously too much trouble for her. Get through to Keyon who said I had to make a payment again which I did immediately. But what is happenoing WW? And also, who is going to make sure my credit record with the bureau stays immaculate because this will have been reported twice now and it's not my mistake. I'd like some answers please.</p> <p> </p>
