Sales lady and the manager very rude

i went to the store to exchange my boot, because of the bigger size. I was told that they cannot exchange the size because the boot is too expensive (R1500), I was advised by the manager and the sales lady that they do not exchange items from R1000 and up, Sinothile was very rude to me and dismissed me before i even finished talking and she called another customer. This is the worst treatment i have ever received especially from Woolies
