Sale or **** ??

I went into Woolworths at Verdi Centre to but my granola as usual to my surprise the price was R57.99 buy 2 get less 20% unfortunately for them they had the old price next to it at R53.99 they did not even bother to remove the **** ??? Is this how big business is conducting themselves now days ? I sent them a pvt message on Facebook with a picture asking them to explain themselves all I got back was which store and a copy of receipt which I also sent a copy of and still no response .
