Sale not updated, we have been waiting till 7

Today its woolworths 100 or less but here in centurion we have been waiting till 7 for it to be updated, customers are not being updated as to what is really happening, only woolies centurion is experiencing this, why is it taking forever, imagibe been here from 7 and still we have not been assisted, there are lots of people here even old people are waiting. Can they be more proffessional and tell us to go home or assist us.
