Sabotaging clients

Ive made 4 payments to my woolworths credit which commenced from the 2nd of December 2022 and there after 3 other payments to my credit card i was informed it takes 21 working days for the credit bureau to be updated it is past 21 days and nothings been done what type of financial institution woolworths is highly disappointing institute and will never recommend to no client
