Rules are changing weekly

Me and my mother went to the useless woolworths and a cashier explained next time i can purchase on my mothers account just bring her and my Id along, then i went and purchased by using my moms card and both Ids cashier accepted it this cashier was Maria Mashaba. Today i went to the same woolworths to buy with both ids but the cashier refused. The mamager is def up to no good . yet again why i closed my account becuase woolworths is a joke. The manager said they need to confirm the signatures but the card is not sign, what do they confirm?
