Ruining Easter for elderly parents

If I could I’d give less than 1 star. Ordered Easter food for my parents. Paid for delivery slot Sat 2-5pm. Still waiting for the items to be delivered. No ability to track order, no one to contact. Trued Twitter and FB. Twitter are still getting back to me from 8:30am this morning. It’s now 11:53am. Appalling service. No communication. I can’t believe this is the Woolworths I used to know. Thank you Woolworths for ruining my elderly parents Easter.
