Rude/dropped calls

I have an account with the above mentioned retail, they're forever calling and when I answer they drop calls. I heard it's their way to increase number of calls made, and luckily two of them managed to speak to say they remind me to pay - which was unnecessary as I pay without announcing. Babalwa & Gugu were very rude when I asked about the purpose of the call. Very bad customer service & give Woolworth bad name
