Rude Woolies staff Member!!!

I bought a 3 pairs of the same pants (differing in color, black, nude/lite brown and navy) from Trenery in Woolworths menlyn. The black and Navy were unfortunately defective and I returned them today. Whilst exchanging the pants Sbahle (wearing a witchery tag with her name on it) asks where the pants are defective and I show her, she asks for my woolies card and I hand it to her, she then says are these even your size, are you sure that they are your size... like what the hell, I tell her that what she just said is very rude and uncalled for. How is it possible that I buy 3 pairs, all the same size and 2 of them are defective and not even in the same places ? Then she says “but I said sorry and I was just joking!!” As if I have now done something wrong!! It’s unacceptable and down right disrespectful!!
