Rude, unprofessional behaviour

The courier from Woolworths, fastway in Welkom's service is shocking - I have never encountered such a rude woman in my life. I love shopping online with Woolies, but would much rather not do so if they choose to use such unprofessional and rude third parties. I was forced to drive 5 kms on a friday night to collect a parcel from their depot because, NO you cannot do so on Monday - upon arrival the papers were thrown in my hands to sign, there! This is not in line with the service one expects from Woolworths.
