Rude staff members

2 staff members walking right past like I'm not there. Deep in conversation as in a park.

I stood there shell shocked,because really I didn't understand what just happened. A guy from customer service coming to do something else assisted me. He made sure I was directed to the correct place. Now that's what I call customer service. It was not his fault but his problem. And he happily helped me. Multitasking at its best.
