Rude staff and alleged 'Online Only' promo

<p> </p> <p>After consulting your website yesterday afternoon, I came across your Jeggings Promotions (Buy any 2 for R400). I went through to your Canal Walk branch yesterday evening to purchase this great promotion. After spending ± 30-40 minutes selecting the right size and colour, I went through to the till to pay for my items, only to be told by the supervisor/manager that the jeggings promotion was only for online purchases and that I can’t get that special price instore. After looking at the website with her, I pointed out that there is absolutely nothing on the promotion that indicates that this is for online purchases only. I was then informed very rudely that there is nothing she can do, I need to purchase online and that I can only collect it from the Cavendish branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, I walked out of the store empty handed and extremely angry. This is not the kind of service I expect to get from a store like Woolworths. A store that is normally excellent service. Please see the attached image of the alleged “Online Only Purchase”.</p>
