Rude staff

I recently went to Woolworths Main Street store in Johannesburg CBD. I politely asked to speak to one of the staff and she said "hhayi suka". Which I think was very rude. With my pretty face she must've thought I'm that young or something but even still, that's not the way to speak to a paying customer.
