Rude staff
I went into Woolworths Musgrave centre to purchase makeup accompanied by two of my colleagues as I was attending a function in the forthcoming week. I was at the makeup counter when I was approached by a staff member. Unfortunately she didn't have her name tag on or I would have included her name here, but most certainly I can identify her if seen again. We were trying on foundation and she came up to us and said, I'm here, in a tone not fit for customer service. We looked at her and she asked what are you'll looking for. I said foundation, then she said are you sure, I said yes and then she said well u can see we don't even have your colour and then she stared at us while I looked at her in shock. Her tone was rude, inappropriate, demeaning, and the way she spoke and expressed herself it seemed as if she was insinuating that we were there to *****. I am a nurse and my friends and I were in full uniform. i would never want to lose my job for a bottle of foundation that costs R150. we are customers of Woolworths and didn't need that type of service and arrogance because no one in their right mind would come there to ***** in full uniform with their name tag on display. I also don't appreciate having people make it out to seem like I'm there to *****. after this incident it seems like Woolworths does not need my business and support and that my friends and I rather take it elsewhere.
