Rude Service

My quick visit to WW Long Beach Mall turned to shocked disbelief- when I got to checkout and put items on counter the teller then said I must pack stuff back in trolley and go to the other queue - which was long!! I had 13 items and apparently was only supposed to have 10? Poor service! Rude teller! Needless to say; I had to leave 3 items and only purchase the 10. Well done WW!!! Super customer service training!!
