Rude security guard

Good day, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience I received from Woolworths at King Shaka International Airport. I usually go there to buy lunch as I work at the airport. The other day I decided to go through the make-up range while I was waiting for my colleague who was paying at the till. I tried the foundation tester that clearly said “Try Me” to see whether it was my shade. The lady security guard that was standing by the store entrance shouted at me across the store and told me to put it down. I continued because I believed I wasn’t doing anything wrong, I didn’t open a sealed foundation I literally tested the one that said “Try Me” and it was already used. She continued to shout at me and I put it down immediately, when my colleague was done paying at the till, on our way out the store, I politely asked the security lady whether we are not allowed to test testers that are written Try Me, she looked at me up and down and said it doesn’t matter what it says you still not allowed to use it. She made it seem like I did my whole face with the makeup when all I did was test it on my eyebags. The next day I saw ladies that are hired for makeup that were standing next to the makeup section, I greeted them and asked them whether we are not allowed to test the testers and she said we are allowed to. I was confused why the security shouted at me across the store in front of passengers. Nobody buys foundation without testing it, how will I know its my correct shade without testing it?
