Rude Rude Rude

WW- it is very disapointing to hire rude customer service agent. i called today following up on a settlement later that i requested last week already. this lady i think her name is Mawande - makes me repeat my id number 3 times and that frustrated me then she says to me she's not a machine. i was really annoyed and hung up. why would a settlement letter take so long? i want to pay this account and get rid of it so im not sure why im being run from pillar to post. can you and your employees do better please.
