Rude Managers

The most bizarre & unpleasant experience in ANY retail outlet ever! @ Woolies , Whale Coast Mall. Very disappointing service from your manager, Xolisa Mrubata. A complete lack of professionalism. If a manager refuses to tell you the policy of Woolworths & informs you that he does not have to educate you as customer about Woolworths policy, you have a serious problem. The aggression & arrogance astounded me. As a daily customer of Woolworths, this attitude does your reputation serious harm. I have reported similar incidences to Head Office & nothing gets done about the ignorance of your managers at Herm**** Woolworths outlets. Ignorance has now become sheer rudeness.
