RUDE MANAGER AT WOOLWORTHS GALLERIA

Went into Woolworths galleria to return men's boots bought last year October.It was,a David Jones boots bought on sale..the straps had come off.It was bought on my card and I had since lost the receipt.The coloured managers on duty accused us of bringing in a,2003 boots to return.Inside the boot it clearly said 2017.When I asked her why she said that she remarked cos we can't find the sale on record.I had given permission to access my account due to popi act and I was present.I took out my camera to record conversation and she quickly said she's sorry for assuming.Needless to say she was unhelpful;argumentative and rude.She offered to give us R50 refund for the boots as it stood instead of contacting pavilion to pull out docket.she seemed irritated and fed up.When to pavilion Woolworths the following week..manager was outstanding..receipt was pulled out and boots were credited.
