Rude manager at Gift Acres Convenience Centre.

The manager at Woolies Gift Acres Convenience Centre is extremely rude and has no empathy. Absolutely terrible, and doesn't handle any issues diplomatically.

If she believes shes right, she will make sure you know it and everyone in the parking lot knows it as well. She doesn't handle issues in a kind or diplomatic manner, she immediately goes off and starts off very rude and disrespectful.

If she was a little less verbal and approached me in a more diplomatic or neutral tone, we could have reached an amicable solution that would have kept both parties happy. However, this was not the case.

I'm never going to support this store again.
