Rude! Doesn't know what customer service means

A manager from your branch in Columbine Johannesburg crossed the POPIA act, mistreated my mom and is extremely rude. She was at the branch with her sister who is a nurse and always buys for her. She was busy purchasing when this woman took it upon herself to demand her woolworths card and make a copy without telling my mom because she feels that my mom used her sisters card to purchase . She says it's not the first time. What's wrong with where she gets her money? Worse part I called to ask her why she crossed the Popia act and was rude to a 74 year old pensioner. She was so rude! Word of mouth is very important I am a regular at woolworths but after today I'm not sure after how this woman was rude. Extremely rude to me.
