Rude customer service staff

Woolworths should nor hirw pwople that ars mot passionate about customer service.

I received horrible service from the lady at the food section at counter 6. She was rude and very arrogant. I went to her till to pay using my ID as i had lost my card, said she will not helped me as i dont have a card and did not bother to explain the process to me. Her tone was very harsh ans rude.

At this point i just want to pay off the account and close it .
