Rude cashier

Rude & disrespectful behavior from a cashier at Woolworths Lakeside mall by the name of Tshepiso.

What a distasteful experience. I gave that lady nothing but respect to which she slapped it back to my face. The attitude was out of this world. If this is how Woolworths trains their staff then they can miss me.

Worst of all I reported the matter to their customer service on the same day and to date I have not received any substantial feedback on the matter. All I received was we will look into it, while they have a turn around time of 24 hours.

Woolworths Lakeside mall I will not let this rest until that little girl is taught some manners!!!!
