Rude call centre agent

<p>I just received a call from ********** 443, a very rude girl who said her name is Efiane if that is the spelling. I maybe be owing Woolworths but I paid last month and my next payment is not due yet, I don't know how they train their agents but I've never been disrespected like this by a call centre agent</p>
