Rude behavior

On the 4th of Jan. 2025 I went shopping with my husband at Woolworths in Mall of Africa looking for a underwear garment and the lady who was working in the women's changing room was so rude to me when I asked her if I could wear the garment and she went on telling me that I can't try and that she knew absolutely nothing about the Return policy and she kept giving me a bad attitude as well On top of that I reported the matter to the manager and he said he'll handle the matter I'm still waiting!
