Rude, arrogant and disgusting service. Woolworths.

<p>You are supposed to open your shop in Kokstad at 8am daily. The doors were still closed at 5 minutes past. I opened them and went in.<br /> <br />The rude, arrogant, security guard complained saying I was not allowed in. I might add he was laughing and joking with a cleaner as I went into the store. <br />Not giving a damn about the customers or when the doors should be opened.<br /> <br />People like this should not be allowed in your store. Customers are important as you should be well aware. His job and livelihood depend on it as does your business.<br /> <br />He should keep his mind on his job and what he gets paid for not chatting up female members of staff on the floor during working hours.<br /> <br />The general staff in that branch are very good and most helpful at all times. The management, however, is another matter. It's due to the lackadaisical manner in which the manager acts that situations like this occur. If the manager slipped into a coma you would not be able to tell the difference at that branch.<br /> <br />I suggest you get him to change that security guard or at least train him to be polite and courteous to your customers. But as leadership comes from the top down and you don't have any in that store I doubt anything will be done about it.<br /> <br />The so called guard was on "duty" this morning at 8.06 am Tuesday the 29th November 2016.<br /> <br />Please let me know what action you have taken to rectify this disgusting and unacceptable behaviour.<br /> <br /> Thank you,<br /> <br /> </p>
