Rude and unprofessional staff at Woolworths.

I went to Woolworths Brooklyn Mall today with my boyfriend after we received an sms about their 20% off on 2 beauty products the previous day. We were ready to spend R1500 because I needed some new makeup brushes and some summer nail polishes, among other things. But as soon as we got to their beauty section the atmosphere and staff attitude was wholly unwelcoming; we got looks and stares merely because we are students and were dressed relatively plainly. I, however, believe that even in such a case nobody deserves to feel that unwelcome in a place of business. I then proceeded to buy only nail polish and we left because the stares and general staff attitude towards us was entirely unprofessional and completely unwarranted. Train your staff better.
