RUDE AND NOISY STAFF

On Saturday, 22 August 2026, we visited your store to make a purchase. Unfortunately, the behaviour of some of the staff made our shopping experience extremely unpleasant. The constant shouting between staff memebers, loud laughter and general noise was very disruptive. At one point, three staff memebers were standing next to one another, literally shouting and laughing across the store as though they were in a social environment rather than at work. It appears that some of your staff do not fully understand the importance of maintaining a professional and respectful environment when working around customers. Staff behaviour has a direct impact on the shopping experience, and customers should not be subjected to excessive noise, shouting and conversations between employees. I strongly suggest that management address this issue with the staff and remind them that, while they are entitled to enjoy a positive working relationship with their colleagues, theri behaviour must remian appropriate and professional in the presence of customers. We visit stores to shope in a pleasant and comfortatble environment, and this experience was unfortunately far from that.
