RUDE AND *********** MANAGER !!!!!!

The service I received from Maria from Country Road in Hyde Park was so pathetic. I called looking for an item and instead of being professional on the call she was very rude. This saddens me because she's a manager , I wonder how the staff treats the customers if a manager is rude.

Country Road is know for their excellent customer service but what I experienced today changed my perspective about the brand.
