Rude and disrespectful employees

I am a shopper at La Lucia and I'm always at the mall doing shopping for my company. I have noticed a very strange behavior in employees from Woolworths. Their work ethics are just so bad.. they don't value their customers. This has been brought to the manager's attention before but nothing seems to change. Today I walked into Mall and 2 ladies from the clothing section one namely Sibongile and the other one didn't have a name tag on, she has a maroon hair dye and normally wears white takkies, no one gave me her name because they were scared that she is a supervisor. These 2 ladies had a discussion about me and how I dress when I walked past them. They didn't see other colleagues of mine who behind who had overhead them speaking about me. I don't think body shaming is part of their job and what I wear or how I dress has nothing to do with them. I feel very disrespected and I would like management to act upon this. This is just one incident that made me livid but in overall Woolworths La Lucia employees have no respect for customers at all and worse even their supervisors are condoning with such behavior.
