Rude

Dear Sir/Madam<br> I was in Woolworths , I went to change my daughter's shoes, I had no till slip, as she received the shoes as present, Pretty Dlamini was very very rude, tell us to go and throw those shoes she does not care, She was screeming at us infront of customers. Tell us to get lost. We report the matter to the store manager Elton. He send us to another floor manager , that floor manager , she did not help us. Woolworths Durban West Street they rude to us. I am still angry ,the way she humilated us infront of other customers
