I was at the clearwater mall branch (Roodepoort) on 14th December 2020. Long queue to follow in the clothing and food sections which is what is expected considering the time. However, the frustration is organizational level in the sense that there were two cashiers to attend on 20 customers in the food queue and again two in the clothing line above. Yes, I counted. Whereas there were about 4 members of staff walking around in the very (food) area doing what I have observed they always do-nothing. Where was the manager? to at least see to it if more tills could be opened? And this is not the first time that I had this experience at the tills at this branch because I once had to ask one of the employees walking around if he could arrange the opening if another pay point. And he did. Yes. A customer had to tell him that! Fire the manager and get rid of your excesses and bring in efficiency. Not shopping there again and I hope the branch closes down and the staff die.
