We ordered a full linen set for our bed including 2 continental pillow cases size 70 x70cm. One of the pillow cases was 100% correct the other,however, came in packaging marked 70 x70 but the actual pillow case in the packaging was 70 x 45. I have been writing to Woolworths online shopping and customer services since the 20th September continuously and have yet to receive one reply. Needless to say no refund or replacement either. I am a regular shopper at Woolies (in store and online) and this is just unacceptable.
