Rotten strawberries

I've bought fresh strawberries at Woolworths in Shelly centre Margate on Saturday afternoon the 3rd of July, I stored them on the refrigerator. To my suprise on Tuesday morning the 6th of July when I opened the second pack, all the strawberries were rotten, I took a photo then attached to an email complaining. They responded saying an agent will call me and that never happened. I'm so disappointed.
