Rotten Product + rotten Manager

<p>We recently bought some chicken snitchel from our local woolies, only to discover that it is rotten. Not being able to return it immediately, we could only return it after the sell by date had expired. We went to the shop and asked for the manager. He never greated us only aknowledging the employe who called him. After struggeling to get his attention he dismissed our claim and said that he is not going to assist with this matter. After having a long discussion with him he gave us chicken snithel only a quoter of the value we bought. He was extremely dismussive and rude, I was shocked at the level of customer compasion he displayd. </p>
