Rotten potatoes and bad customer service

Purchased 3 bags of potatoes from woolworths which has rotten within 2 weeks, thus never happened before and I only wanted to inform woolworths of my disappointment and that they should consider their pacakaging to brown bags again. Customer service is pathetic. After logging a complaint on 13th March, nothing is resolved and the agents are clueless on Customer service. Emails does not get the correct attention and incidents just gets closed.
