Rotten papaya, bad quality food, flaws in shoes

I have lately become very disappointed in Woolworths. First of all we bought a bacon pasta salad from Woolworths Lynnwood Bridge in October this year which caused my brother to get food poisoning (he was simply too ill to go in to the store to discuss this and had also thrown away the slip, so we did not even bother). <br> <br> This past weekend I bought a double pack of papayas from Woolworths The Grove on Saturday afternoon, left them in the kitchen, and on Sunday morning I found the once orange papaya had turned green and was covered in mould. Very grose! I was not able to go in to the store to return it, but decided to send an e-mail to inform them of this and to prevent other customers from buying from the same bad batch. Well, e-mail was sent on Monday and today is Friday and I am yet to receive a response, apology, or any kind of feedback.<br> <br> On the same day I also bought a pair of sandals and when I was very excited to wear them to work on Monday, I discovered a flaw in the one sandal which I did not notice in the store. The strap of the one sandal is much longer than the other, so they do not only look like two different shoes, but the one shoe is not wearable due to the flaw.
