Rotten meat delivered Woolworths Vincent Park

On 4/01/2021, Woolworths Vincent Park delivered rotten foamy and smelly roast. After 3 calls, 2 emails and 2 failed deliveries, I was still not assisted. 2 appointments made to deliver a replacement was not met by this Vincent Park, East London store without any notification. This store delivers very poor customer service. Although the call centre agents were kind on the phone, the store simply ignored them. Online shopping through Vincent Park is terrible. They always arrive late as well without any excuse or apology. I eventually requested a refund and hope it will be processed. It is very unpleasant dealing with this store when shopping online.
