Rotten meat

I ordered food via quench app and all the meat I bought was rotten. Complained and I was informed that they will deliver fresh meat and I will exchange with the driver. Driver gets here and he informs me that he has to collect the meat before Woolworths can give fresh meat. That time it’s almost 5 pm when I have purchased for deliver at 2. My meat is still not here I now have to wait for the driver to bring the meat. Woolworths Table Bay Cape Town is the pits, how is this okay when they picked rotten meat for me and now I’m treated like I’m the one that’s not trustworthy. Truly disappointing.
