Rotten Infested Fruit & Veg

I bought apples one evening after work and i found them with caterpillar(worms) and another evening I bought vegetable combo however the tomatoes were rotten. As i cant go back to the store that time because its late and the morning i go to work i decided to send them a query

Both times i took pictures of both products with bar-code, slips and sent to them. Was promised they will to send me a voucher but they never did

Was responded with these references

I tried couple times to email them, but they still ignored me, never received any sms in that 5-7days they promised
